How long does it take to get MissionaryConnect set up for our church?
Most churches are up and running within just a few hours. With guided onboarding, helpful support, and easy training videos, we walk with you every step of the way.
Is there a free trial?
We do not offer a free trial but you are welcome to reach out and we will show you everything the software does and give you temporary access to Basic Plan features or Pro Plan features depending on which one you try.
What's the difference between Standard and Pro Plans?
The Standard Plan gives churches everything they need to begin sharing their missionaries in a beautiful, centralized, and easy-to-update format. It includes the core features of MissionaryConnect, missionary profiles, prayer letters, photos, videos, and seamless updates across your display and web embed.
The Pro Plan includes all Standard features, plus advanced tools designed for churches that want a deeper level of engagement and customization. With Pro, you gain expanded media options, enhanced branding controls, priority support, and additional features that help your missions program communicate more effectively and keep your missionaries’ updates in front of your people.

Can missionaries receive donations through the platform?
MissionaryConnect itself does not process or collect donations. Instead, the platform is designed to link people directly to the missionary’s existing giving page, whether that’s through their mission board, sending church, or personal support portal.
This keeps all donations secure, familiar, and fully handled by the missionary’s approved financial organization, MissionaryConnect simply makes it easier for church members to find the right place to give.

Can missionaries manage their own profile?
Yes! Missionaries can manage their own profile if the church chooses to grant them access. This allows missionaries to update their prayer letters, photos, bio, and current needs directly, keeping their information fresh and saving your missions team valuable time.
Churches maintain full control and can decide which missionaries receive access, ensuring everything stays organized and aligned with your missions program.
Who Can Access MissionaryConnect?
MissionaryConnect.app is built on a secure, private server and is not indexed by search engines. Private missionary information is not publicly available in the web app. Access to a church’s missionaries, prayer letters, videos, and internal information requires a registered MissionaryConnect.app account, church invitation, QR code authorization, or other authorized Digital Missions Display access.
